No Exchange/Return Policy
At AXISM, we are committed to providing high-quality products to our customers. However, due to the nature of our business as a wholesale blank clothing company, we have a strict no exchange/no return policy. All sales are final.
Before making a purchase, we strongly encourage our customers to carefully review the product descriptions and information, as well as our sizing charts, to ensure that they are ordering the correct product and size.
If you receive less pieces in your package or defective product, please contact us immediately (not later than 7 business days from date of delivery) at sales@axism.com or call at +1 844 223 3444 so that we can assist you. Our customer service team will review each case and determine the best course of action for resolution of the issue.
